Completion reports will only be available once they have been published to your account, roughly 1 month before your project is due to end.
Once a completion report is submitted you will have access to the Submitted Completion report view in the grid below.
To complete a report, select the relevant form.
You will need to complete the relevant fields and provide your actual figures before you submit.
In section 2 of the form you will be provided with the relevant template for you to download and enter your final income and expenditure figures. This will need to be completed and uploaded at the Supporting Documents section of the form.
Note: It is important that you ensure the information provided in the completion report is complete and accurately reflects the final activity, income and expenditure of your project. We will use the information contained not only to review your project, but also how our funding schemes are meeting our objectives. This also provides us with valuable data to be used to advocate the importance and reach of the arts.
Please ensure you submit the completion form as soon as possible. Failure to submit the completion form may result in us reclaiming part or the entire grant paid to date and you will be unable to apply for any additional funding.
If you wish to extend your project end date please get in touch with your Arts Council for Wales lead officer as soon as possible.
After successful submission and review of the completion reports, grants with no final payment will be closed. Grants with final balances may be released. Please be aware that depending on the outcome of the review we may need to reduce your final payment or reclaim some or all of the funds paid to date.
